Or is it okay to not take 3 days off? I ask "3" because I usually hear people say 4 on 3 off. I like to do 5 of 7 in a week with the two off days just randomly interspersed when I can't get off my lazy ass.

How long should it take to see big gains in bench press?

I'm a weakfag and only did 6 sets of 95 yesterday. Could likely do a set of 110-115? if I started with just that and was done.

Rest is really important.

I really love training, like I *****in love going to the gym and seeing my buddies and pumping iron. I have to make myself take days off, though, because training every day will definitely set you back… you get sore, but more importantly, you get weak.

I have found that only training legs twice a week (one day for bar squats, another day for everything else - various machine presses, etc) actually gives me more gains than an every-other-day approach. Same with upper body. Really the only thing I do every gym session is abs, and that's to keep my back healthy more than anything.

Everybody is different, but for me personally, two days of legs and two days of upper body (big compound movements that hit multiple big muscles) and really giving it your all is much more effective than a half-ass daily workouts.

Rest days can include walks and biking - I usually do my cardio on "rest" days. Just no weights.

tl;dr: rest is just as important (if not more) than training.

Trans fats are poisons advertised as food. Think cigarettes in the 1950’s “nine out of ten doctors recommend” stuff like original crisco and partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening added to the human diet to cut costs. We replaced them with fully-hydrogenated vegetable shortening which is supposed to be safer but considering all things is likely just less poisonous. There is conflicting evidence that saturated fat is bad at all. Some evidence to the contrary suggests you should only eat saturated fat for the most part.

Regardless an ideal diet is high in fats with zero trans fats. Deep frier grease is fully-hydrogenated usually and I believe heating it up turns it into trans fats.

I had something similar and I just tried to eat less and less food every day for the first time. It really helped and I started eating less. Then I started to lose weight. 1-3 is ugly to unattractive.

A 1/10 is the ugliest person you see out of at least 200. They are either morbidly obese, or obese with some sort of major facial deformity. 2s are both obese with a minor facial deformity or severely obese. 3s are either obese or they have some sort of very noticeable facial deformity.

4-7 is attractive to fairly attractive.

None of these people stick out, and they are all pleasant to look at. 4s and 5s might not look too healthy and may be a bit skinny or even underweight, but at least they aren't obese and/or have any noticeable facial deformities, but they don't tend to put in any decent effort into looking attractive, with all 4s being what you would naturally consider below-average-looking, but not yet unattractive. 6s and 7s all look healthy and look like they put some effort into keeping up with their looks to actively attract others, with 7s being on the cusp of being highly attractive, but not yet possessing any special qualities regarding their looks.

8-10 are highly attractive to shockingly stunning.

There is something special about their looks. They put in a lot of effort into fitness, and their faces are flawless. They are a rare type of attractive. A 10/10 is going to be the most stunning person out of at least 200 people if not much more. They look so close to perfect, that they tend to draw attention to themselves in a similar way to a Ferrari. There is some shockingly *****y quality about their looks that is extremely rare among people.

Obviously, how good someone looks is a bit difficult to quantify, but this should serve as a decent general guide. This guide should be good for people up to the age of 45, beyond that, most people won’t find you *****ually attractive unless they have a specific fetish, or unless they’re after your money.
