SUBJECT: FALSIFIED BAN

Dear DCMA team,

While my real name is Timothy, I have gone under the username "Anonymous Won" on the 8kun board chats. Unfortunately as I was trying to post on the board, I unfortunately had some difficulties with the CAPTCHA and then after I completed a CAPTCHA correctly and had hit the "New Reply" button, I was greeted by a banned message page. Knowing that I have been a user for years and would never dare to break any of the rules in compliance with various laws and legal acts of DCMA, I believe that this ban was falsely attributed to me. Reasons include that 1.) The ban is listed to someone who has Anonymous as their ID whereas I would always write out my username as "Anonymous Won" whenever I post to any board. 2.) the last time I had made a post onto an 8kun board was Monday March 22nd at 16:44:21 military time (Post# 42562 on the Mobius Unleashed #5 /hentai*****/ board) and the ban was for a completely different page I never visited nor was ever on as it marks the timestamp and location for /random/: 03/31/21 (Wed) 21:45:17 No.45346. Lastly, 3.) I received a notice at the bottom stating "You appealed this ban on Thursday 1 April, 2021 and it was denied. You may not appeal this ban again." As such I never filed an appeal to begin with which makes me believe that someone may have made an error in banning the wrong user due to the possibility of confusion of my username having the word "Won" at the end of Anonymous or that someone may have used my username without my permission. I apologize for any inconvenience for you and your team, but I do hope this issue can be resolved soon and I want to wish you a wonderful day, or evening wherever your headquarters may be located.
